Awesome experience

Josue was our salesman. He did a superb job at making the whole process easy for us! He got us approved for 0 down which I never thought could happen. He didn't pressure us at all and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because when I first missed their phone call, I called back and asked for Quinn. Her response to me was "what, did I call you or something"...to me this response was unprofessional. Then when I called to give praise to management about josue, I spoke to destiny who said "thank you" and hung up on me.

I don't think anyone enjoys having to spend the money on a new or used vehicle, but DriveTime makes it more pleasurable. I had the best experience with Shane and the rest of the employees there, they don't make you feel like you are just a number, they make you feel important. Frankly, they help ease your mind.
